This is the on-line application for 21st Century School enrollment for Fall Intersession.  Kualapuu School, in partnership with the Molokai Arts Center, Honolulu Theatre for Youth, and FilCom CARES, presents a Theater/Drama class for students currently enrolled in grades 2-6th.  The class is Face to Face in the Kualapuu School Cafeteria, 8:30am – 1:30pm.  Priority/Advanced Enrollment is offered to Kualapuu Students.  First come first served.  Complete 1 application per child.   There is NO TRANSPORTATION offered, and parents must drop off and pick up children.  A small snack is provided.  Students must bring their own water bottle, snack, and lunch.  Limit 35 students. 
 
About the instructor/artist:  Lily Crumpton is a teaching artist and the Assistant Director of Drama Education for Honolulu Theatre for Youth.  In her 14 years with the company, Lily has spent most of that time in classrooms, working with students from K-12, on arts based integrated lessons; using drama as a tool for learning, as well as leading professional development workshops for classroom teachers. 
 
Lily is also the director of HTY’s Saturday youth acting group, Primary Players and their summer drama program, ‘Tween Scene.  Lily received a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from SUNY Stony Brook and a Master of Fine Arts in Theatre Education from UH Manoa.  Lily Crumpton has had the privilege of being a lecturer at both Leeward Community College in the Education department and UH Manoa’s department of Theatre and Dance.

Complete 1 form per child.  Priority/Advanced enrollment for Kualapuu Students due Thursday, September 22nd, 2022。  Enrollment will be opened to other students from other schools after this date.
