REQUIRED PERMISSION FORMS:  BOTH FORMS WERE SENT OUT IN HARD COPY– STUDENTS MUST HAVE BOTH FORMS SIGNED

 
These are the Times of the Pick up and Drop off at School– Please look for your child’s homeroom teacher name.
Group 1                           LUNCH AT 11:00
2 Bus Pick Up:  8:00am – 10:00am      (60pax max)

3 Bus Pick Up–9:30a – 11:30am (140 pax max)   LUNCH AT 11:30

3 Bus Pick Up 11:00a-1:00p      (140 pax max)    LUNCH AT 10:00

Group 4
2 Bus Pick Up 12:30p-2:30p      (140 pax max)    LUNCH AT 10:30

Children should bring:
  • A hat
  • Water to drink
  • Covered Shoes/Footwear (but not required)
  • NO CANDY OR SNACKS TO EAT (But children may bring small amounts of ginger/peppermint to help with queasiness.) 
  • A small bag in case students need to vomit.  (It happens…)

 

The parent volunteers selected to go on the whale watch have First Responder, First Aid, CPR, Life Guard, or other medical certification/training.  The volunteers are expected to attend to all children if care is needed.  (Mahalo to our volunteers.)
