Aloha Families — It’s time for the School Quality Survey! Please take note:
1. You will be receiving your SQS parent letters and/or survey packets now through January 10, 2022.
2. Survey window is January 10 – March 11, 2022 for parents.
3. Parents/Guardians can take the survey online; If you do not have a device, please schedule a time to come to the school and we can provide a device for you to take the survey on campus.

4. Or if you do not have Internet access, you may request a paper survey, one for each child, no later than February 25, 2022. Your school may have hard copy surveys; if not, please request a survey by calling (808) 733-4008 or toll-free at (855) 276-5801, Monday through Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.”
5. Again, this year, both the parent letter and the survey instrument will be translated into 14 languages and will be publicly available at http://arch.k12.hi.us/reports/sqs.
