Science
At Kualapuu School we use the FOSS (Full Option Science System) curriculum for science.
Our curriculum gives students the foundational understanding and concepts of science while also combining it with application and hands-on activities. Many grades levels also participate in the Digital Bus program which offers a place-based investigative model to science inquiry and instruction. Our 3 Year Comprehensive Plan for Science will integrate place-based science concepts with the FOSS curriculum.
