Kualapuu School considers the health and well-being of our students and staff a priority. With that in mind, we are sending this email for your awareness.
As a reminder, before coming to school or work, please conduct a daily wellness check using the guidance. If any symptoms of illness are present, do not go to school or work.

□ Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
□ Fatigue
□ Muscle or body aches
□ Headache
□ New loss of taste or smell
□ Sore throat
□ Congestion or runny nose
□ Nausea or vomiting
□ Diarrhea
If you have any concerns about you or your child’s health, please contact your healthcare provider.
As a courtesy, the school may have Covid test kits if you wish to have some at home. Also, if you wish to have a courtesy Covid test in school for your child, please call our Health Aide, Nohea Deponte, at 808-567-6900, or email at [email protected].us
School will remain open with normal operations. Masking is highly recommended, but not required.
