It is with deep gratitude and excitement that I step into the role of Principal of Kualapuʻu School. For the past 12 years, I have been honored to serve our school as a teacher, curriculum coordinator, and vice principal. Now, I look forward to continuing this journey with you in a new capacity — one that carries both great responsibility and tremendous joy.
As someone born and raised on Molokaʻi, I know firsthand the value of our culture, language, and traditions. I am committed to fostering a school environment where our keiki feel rooted in their identity, yet confident in navigating a broader world. Together, we will nurture curiosity, encourage excellence, and inspire our students to become compassionate, capable, and proud contributors to our community and beyond.

- Former fiscal officer at University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo’s Ka Haka ʻUla O Keʻelikōlani College of Hawaiian Language
- Master’s degree in Indigenous Language and Culture Education – University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo
- Doctoral candidate in Education Administration and Supervision – Liberty University
- Raised on Molokaʻi with deep ties to the local community
- Passionate advocate for Hawaiian-focused education and lifelong learning
