Aloha Families — On Monday, December 18th, we are having Project Vision do free vision screening for all of our students.
You may OPT-OUT of this service by signing & returning the OPT-OUT form attachment. Paper copies (Hard Copies) of the OPT-OUT form were sent home in previous weeks. (Opt-out means you DO NOT want your child to received this service.)
So this is a friendly reminder of this important and valuable service. We hope we have the opportunity to provide this free vision screening to all of our students.
